- All of our staff are required to complete a First Image Management Training Course, which explores the importance of “meet and greet” and customer service.
- We will supply you with a key account manager, who is contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The AVS office is manned all day and all night — everyday of the week.
- You will have a site supervisor for each shift, and AVS has senior management on the road every night checking venues and liaising with the guards and with venue managers.
- AVS has its own Registered Training Organisation, which means we offer our staff (and yours) ongoing training, thereby providing them with a career path and not simply offering them a ‘job’.
- AVS will provide you with a Security Management Plan for your venue which will be developed in consultation with the client, ensuring that every aspect of the venue’s security operational requirements are covered from RSA to emergency evacuation of premises.
- AVS reinvests money to your business by sending extra guards at our cost to your venue, ensuring that sick days and holidays are covered by guards who are familiar with the licensed premises.
- AVS can offer complimentary workshops to our clients’ staff including: Armed Robbery, Drink Spiking & Self Defence – just another way to offer value for money.
