AVS has been providing Crowd Control personnel to a range of companies for over fourteen years in NSW and Victoria. Whilst the majority of the work we do is in licensed premises, it extends to corporate work, jobs for government, sporting events and large concerts.
 
The AVS approach is to understand the clients needs and then create different environments through the application of consistent processes to ensure the needs are not only met, but exceeded. The staff who work for AVS have to meet our high standards and not only comply with industry criteria, but must complete additional courses in customer service and conflict management to be able to provide the best possible service levels.
 
We have the human resources to be able to ensure we supply you with the right team, and with management on the road each night visiting our venues and our office open 24 hours, we have the edge over our competitors.
